TROPHY FEES
Trophy fees are only payable for animals actually killed or wounded.
No VAT. payable on trophy fees.
CURRENCY
Payments must be made either by Wire/Swift or in US Dollars.
SAFARI RATES INCLUDE:
- Accommodation in Safari Lodge with all modern conveniences including swimming pool etc.
- Food, soft beverages, alcohol. and daily laundry
- The service of professional hunters, trackers skinners and camp attendants
- Hunting vehicle, fully equipped with field radio etc.
- Field preparation of trophies
SAFARI RATES EXCLUDE:
- Hotel Expenses
- Dipping, packing and dispatching of trophies to nearest port or airport
- Air charters before, during or after safari
- Renting of rifles ($50 per day)
- Air Charter – Charter service is available between Johannesburg and our concession areas – Ellisras and Hoedspruit airport
CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATIONS
Safaris are only confirmed when 45% of the daily rate for the full duration of the hunt has been paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel 9 months prior to the safari date, 75% refund of advance payment. 6 months or less prior to the safari date, no refund as we are committed for areas, guides and equipment. We will accept a replacement if you have one.
OTHER ACTIVITIES
Handgun Hunting, Wing Shooting, Fishing, Photo Safaris and Family Safaris.
